Understanding a market through its geography.

Geodense is an independent location intelligence and geospatial analytics platform I built to explore geographic markets, point-of-interest distributions, and business opportunities.

Its focus is on making geographic information easier to examine: where places are concentrated, how areas differ, and what those patterns might suggest about a market.

Location as a way to ask better questions

The current public website focuses on franchise territory decisions and location intelligence, including the difference between simple radius boundaries and road-network travel-time boundaries. The broader product work includes geographic market and POI analysis.

These tools support exploration; a concentration of locations alone does not establish demand or guarantee a business opportunity.

The project connects data analysis with the practical work of building an interactive software product.
